5 TOP HEALTH TIPS 2018

1.Sleep affects our physical and mental health tremendously, and many of us do not get enough. Lack of sleep adversely affect metabolism, mood, concentration, memory, motor skills, stress hormones
and even the immune system and cardiovascular health. Sleep allows the body to heal, repair and rejuvenate itself in a way it simply cannot when a person is awake.

2.lift your mood and lower your risk for a number of diseases (diabetes and heart disease for example). A number of studies have shown that walking and other physical activities can improve memory and
resist age-related memory loss.

3. Put a mirror in front of the treadmill. Researchers have found that people who watch themselves while working out exercise faster
with less effort. Eyeing yourself can make a new exercise routine feel easier.

4.You know you need to drink more water, so make it a goal to drink a bit more each day. Drink a cup or two every hour on the hour, or have water bottle at your desk that you empty out whenever you remember it. Starting the day with a big glass of water and fresh lemon juice is particularly energizing.

5. Relax, it’s only sex. Stress and sex make bad bedfellows, it seems. A US survey showed that stress, kids and work are main factors to dampen libido. With the advent of technology that allows us to work from home, the lines between our jobs and our personal lives have become blurred.

Sex and self-confidence: Do genital enhancements

Sexuality is a big part of being human. Love, affection and sexual intimacy all play a role in healthy relationships. A number of disorders can affect the ability to have or enjoy sex in both men and women. Factors that can affect sexual health include fear of unplanned pregnancy, concerns about infertility, sexually transmitted diseases, chronic diseases such as cancer or heart disease and medicines that affect sexual desire or performance.

Nowadays, there are plenty of genital cosmetic interventions and other genital "improvements" that have become available to both men and women who, for one reason or another, may feel dissatisfied
with their nether regions.

Research presented this week at the North American Menopause Society’s annual meeting in Philadelphia reveals that sexual fluidity throughout age is a real thing, and that it occurs in women much more t
han it does in men. Women should know they’re not alone if they begin to feel same-sex attractions later in life, say the presenters at the
conference—and doctors shouldn’t assume that a woman will have partners of the same gender her entire life
